General

• Mastery “effectively” provides block rating (flat 30% damage reduction -> 40% with Holy Shield)
  Every point of Mastery provides 2.25% of block
  “blocks are no longer a fixed amount of mitigation but instead reduced damage by a certain percentage”
  you are aiming for 102.4% avoidance - aka the block cap
  Strength stat provides Parry rating
  8% requires 961 Hit rating

Reforging

• Reforging: “If you are not at the block cap/full combat table coverage reforge—in this order—haste, crit, expertise, hit, dodge/parry into mastery”
  Once you hit 102.4% block - consider dodge/parry - but remember not too much or they push block of the hit table
  Never reforge into haste and crit
